Paramount performs every inspection with 2 inspectors. Nathan and Jason (father – son and both owners of Paramount) will be on-site to perform your inspection. Nathan and Jason will go through all findings with you on-site and you will receive your detailed report via e-mail shortly after. Nathan and Jason are available 7 days a week to assist all clients

As per the Standards of Practice set out by Service Alberta and our industry regulatory bodies, sewer scopes and W.E.T.T. inspections are NOT with-in the scope of inspection. Property inspections must remain with-in the scope set out by Service Alberta and our industry regulatory bodies.

Property inspections must remain with-in the scope set out by Service Alberta and our industry regulatory bodies. Inspection of the systems and components of the home are “as-is” and “on the day of inspection”.
